WHAT IS GROUNDING?
Scientifically, the Earth has a negative electric charge on its surface. Grounding (also called earthing) is simply the act of connecting your body to the electrical energy of the Earth. When you walk barefoot on the grass, sand and or soil, you're grounded.

What exactly is a grounding sheet?
A grounding sheet (often called an earthing sheet) is a specially designed fitted sheet or underlay that connect you to the earth’s natural energy while you sleep. It works by using a conductive material—in our case, a premium 12% silver thread woven into GOTS certified organic cotton—which connects to the ground port of your power point via a cord.
Is grounding safe for pregnancy?

Do they use electricity?
No, absolutely not. Our sheets do not run on electricity. They simply connect to the grounding port (the bottom hole) of your wall outlet. This port connects to the earth rod outside your home, allowing natural electrons to flow through the sheet, just as if you were walking barefoot on grass or sand.

How long will the grounding effect last?

Our sheets are designed and verified to work under your normal fitted sheet - as long as it is natural fibre.
Do I have to have direct skin contact?
We have created an extremely high quality grounding sheet, that is highly conductive. This means, it works underneath your favourite sheet & through pyjamas, as long as they are natural fibre.
